The feed cylinders, feeders and cutting tools are manufactured from stainless steel and can be cleaned in a dishwasher. The machine is equipped with two speeds, 200 and 400 rpm. The machine is equipped with two adjustable feet and two wheels. The cutting tools are made of stainless steel/aluminium with removable knives/plates, with a diameter of 215 mm. The motor, equipped with maintenance-free planetary gearing, rotates in a clockwise direction.
