Sentai was founded in August 2015 as a one-stop solution in the food service industry. Sentai offers a myriad of large & small commercial equipment, tableware, kitchenware, food display products, shelving, coffee machines, silicone moulds and etc.

This General Terms & Conditions are applied to all visitors of the Sentai website as well as any business transactions through this online store.

Sentai ensures complete confidentiality of all data provided. Our store has a single view and facilitates the customer experience, which has fast access to all products, place orders and receives communications on products, promotions or any other relevant content for visitors.

 

The customer may, at any time, request the cancellation of the newsletter subscription by simply filling out the contact form with their details (name and email) stating “I do not wish to receive further communications from Sentai“. 

 

At any time, you can access your account and change your personal data. 

 

Payment Policy

 

Sentai accepts payment via Ipay88 Malaysia. 

 

Delivery Policy 

 

Sentai make shipments through GDex Malaysia, local logistics service companies, and own transport. 

 

• We will deliver the Products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you placed your order. 
• We only deliver the products to countries stated below:
  • Malaysia 
• There may be a delivery charge, which will be added when you checkout. Please make sure that you are satisfied with the delivery charge before confirming your order for Products at checkout. 
• Delivery Charges will be calculated based on the weight, size and location of the delivery address. 
• We shall deliver the Products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by us. 
• For delivery within Klang Valley, delivery will be done by our own transport. Estimated delivery will be within 3-5 working days.
• For delivery outside of Klang Valley, delivery will be done through GDex or local logistics service appointed by us. Estimated delivery will be within 7-14 working days.
• Upon delivery of the Product, you are required to sign for delivery. You shall examine the Products immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. 
• Delivery times may vary in certain exceptional periods of increased flow (e.g. Malaysia Public Holiday). We suggest that you should anticipate your purchases in order to receive all orders with no problems. 
• We are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. 
• All orders sent by Sentai have a tracking code associated, sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.

 

Return & Refund Policy 

 

In Sentai, our main goal is your complete satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are easy, quick and fully transparent. However, we do not accept any return and refund once order had been processed. 

 

In the event of duplicate transactions, transaction error or products out of stock, you may raise a dispute or request a refund. Refund will be done via Credit Card reversal or bank transfer whichever applicable.
